A seminar for your staff and volunteers
Ryan teaches your team the book’s principles and a practical way to publish the teaching your church already does. The seminar is training and practice. If you want everything set up for you, see the Broadcasting System below.

We build the whole system with your church
UNmuted designs your website, sets up the tools and AI workflows, and trains your team to publish every week. We stay with you until your people can run it without us.

The setup price pays for the first purchase or licensing of the tools we agree on and the work to customize them, along with the website, AI setup, training, and labor that put it all together.

How the first 90 days run
- Weeks 1–2Audit of your teaching, recordings, accounts, and how online inquiries are handled today.
- Weeks 3–4Two onsite days, ideally a Saturday and Sunday, to set up the workflow and publish a first cycle together.
- Weeks 5–8Website and AI workflows are built while weekly coaching uses your church’s real work.
- Weeks 9–12Your team runs the system, with two coaching check-ins.
- Around day 90Handoff with a short playbook, recorded training, and a Cast Count record. Website care continues through year one.
